Gary Ballentine is a supply chain, procurement and IT specialist in the alcoholic beverage, FMCG, retail and manufacturing industries.
Over a successful 36 years in the corporate business environment he has held various senior executive positions, Supply Director for Brandhouse and IT Director for Diageo. He believes that people make the difference and through them delivers pragmatic game changing business solutions that will drives sustainable bottom line profit for all of his clients.
He was one of the architects of the Brandhouse business and received the Logistic Achievers Award for outstanding achievement for the repatriation of the Amstel brand as voted by members of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals of South Africa.

Grant Wall has spent the last 45 years working in Supply Chain management, of which 12 years was spent with Beecham South Africa (now Glaxo Smithkline), 8 years with Colgate Palmolive, 13 years with Diageo / Brandhouse and is currently consulting to businesses on their growth and value improvement initiatives.
Over these 45 years Grant has gained personal Supply Chain related experience at Senior Management level in the Cosmetics, Detergents, Soaps, Deodorants, Over the Counter Medicines, Toiletries, Toothbrushes and Dental Care, Rubber Gloves, Soft Drinks and Alcohol Beverages market sectors.
He has at various times been responsible for Procurement, Shipping, Incoming Stores, Warehousing and Distribution, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Packaging Development and the Management of Third Party Contract Manufacturing Operations departments.
He was a founding Director of The Glass Recycling Company, an industry initiative to promote the recycling of glass containers in South Africa and served on its Board of Director’s until the end of March 2007.

Steve Collins has 31 Years of Enterprise Application Software experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications including Accounting, all aspects of Supply Chain Management, Discrete and Process Manufacturing applications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resource Management and Business Intelligence.
Steve has a wealth of experience in the implementation of medium and large scale business software and has successfully implemented software systems for public and private enterprises covering a broad range of industries.
He has held numerous executive positions in international business software companies including Platinum China, CDC Software and UCMS Group.
For 16 years was involved in business application software in Asia including South East Asia, Hong Kong and China. He was co-founder and CEO of Platinum China a leading provider of Financial & Human Resources Management software applications in China.
After the acquisition of Platinum China by CDC Corporation, took up the position of Managing Director of CDC Software’s Asia Pacific operations and played a significant role planning and executing the product and business strategy.
He was involved in various key roles in the highly successful start-up of the UCMS Group which today provides HR and Payroll cloud based applications and outsourcing services for companies operating in Eastern Europe.
Steve received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Financial Accounting from the University of Cape Town.
Tshidi Seane is a non-practising Admitted Attorney who, over the past 26 years, rooted his skills and competencies within value delivering, (a) Public Policy formulation and implementation as well as in (b) Corporate Affairs leadership and management, areas.
Tshidi’s experience spans across a number of business sectors including financial, ITC, FMCG and transport logistics. He is a good guide through the Public Finance Management Act (“PFMA”) that governs Government and SOE’s financial affairs.
He has held a number of influential roles in his career:
• Appointed by State President Mandela to the South African Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (“SATRA”)
• Director at Makhubu Logistics (Pty) Ltd
• Legal and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Telkom Ltd.
• Executive Director responsible for Corporate and Legal Affairs at Gilbey’s (Pty) Ltd and Brandhouse (Pty) Ltd.
